Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating components using various metalworking techniques, including cutting, bending, welding, and finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and read engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Fabricate components using various metalworking techniques.
  • Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and tools.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MIG and TIG welding for materials ranging from 2mm to 6mm.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work as a team member.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away occasionally.

Benefits:

Our client offers a competitive salary of £15p.h, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and overtime opportunities at 1.5x. You will also be enrolled into a statutory pension and receive allowances for staying away and expenses incurred.
