About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of roofing merchants and builders merchants accounts in the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, drainage, and builders merchants, with experience in selling to builders merchants or roofing merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of over 200+ builders merchants and roofing merchants accounts in the Midlands region
- Promote our distributed range of roofing sheet, rooflights, and roofing accessories
- Launch a wide range of new products and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven field sales territory management experience
- Strong business development and relationships building skills
- High energy levels, go-getter mentality, and enthusiasm for business growth
- Candidate must be CRM proficient, with high-level numeracy, IT capability, communication, and organisational skills
Benefits
The company offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000, plus up to £10,000 bonus, along with fully expensed hybrid car and full benefits package. The ideal candidate will be open to all building product backgrounds and have a strong understanding of the UK construction industry.
Salary: £42,500-£47,000 + up to £10,000 Bonus
