Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Mars. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across our Health and Wellness segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regulatory compliance for ingredients, labelling, products, and packaging
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessments and horizon scanning strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide creative solutions to complex problems
  • Lead projects to ensure SRA Systems maintenance management and compliance management for Ingredients, packaging, product labelling

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Regulatory Role within the Food Industry
  • Horizon scanning management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ideally, you will have experience running and leading projects
