This Teaching Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Primary School team in Islington. As a key support staff member, you will work closely with the Class Teacher to deliver engaging lessons and provide pastoral care to our pupils.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
- Support the Class Teacher in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging lesson materials and activities.
Role Specifications:
- Work across various year groups (EYFS, KS1 & KS2), potentially involving SEN support.
- A competitive daily rate of £105-110, paid during term time.
- A full-time position available, commencing ASAP.
Required Skills:
- Strong academic qualifications, including a Degree and relevant certifications.
- Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc.) is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
