About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our retirement development, ensuring that our residents receive a high level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the development are well-maintained and in good condition.
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organise and coordinate activities and events for residents, ensuring that they are enjoyable and engaging.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and on time.
  • Complete health and safety checks, ensuring that the development is safe and secure for residents.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
