Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and refurbish our range of packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our growing customer base through excellent customer service and technical expertise.
  • Travel nationwide to install, commission, and train customers on our packaging machinery.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot packaging processes to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule and prioritize work, ensuring maximum time efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including spare part inquiries, orders, and technical queries.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical disciplines is essential.
  • Familiarity with machines, electrical parts, components, and assembly is a must.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • UK full clean driving license and good geographical knowledge of UK locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS7671, C&G 2365, or NVQ equivalent.
