Job Description

Medinet is the UK's foremost and longest-standing provider of additional elective care services. We are looking for a highly skilled Service Account Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a new multi-specialty contract in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality service delivery across multiple specialties, ensuring efficient operation and optimal utilisation of patients.
  2. Manage and motivate teams, including Patient Bookers and Medical Secretaries, to achieve exceptional service outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service performance, financial management, and cost efficiency.
  4. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CLINICIANS, TRUST STAFF, AND THE WIDER OPERATIONS TEAM.
