Job Title: Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to join our team at Just Group plc.

About the Role

This is a key role that will involve taking a leading role on the activities relating to internal credit assessments and the 'Credit Ratings Validation Framework'. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and embedding internal credit rating methodologies for new asset classes, reviewing and performing analysis on new fund manager credit rating methodologies, and performing internal validation activities as set out in the Credit Rating Validation Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine and embed internal credit rating methodologies for new asset classes
  2. Review and perform analysis on new fund manager credit rating methodologies
  3. Perform internal validation activities as set out in the Credit Rating Validation Framework
Requirements
  • Experience within a credit rating agency or ratings team within an asset manager/insurance company is essential for the role
  • Experience developing and applying credit rating methodologies; or experience reviewing and challenging internal credit rating methodologies
  • Experience performing risk identification exercises in the context Solvency UK requirements desirable
  • Experience in producing reports for committees
