Job Summary:
Southdown is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to lead our non-clinical team in Eastbourne. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day running of our innovative community mental health service, Staying Well Eastbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the non-clinical team and provide line management and clinical supervision to staff.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the overall quality of the service and assist in meeting its stated objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local NHS and other support services.
- Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Contribute to the development of our community mental health services in Eastbourne.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team and delivering supervision to non-clinical staff.
- Good understanding of local NHS and other support services.
- High level of resilience and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and staff to achieve service objectives.
