We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Strategic Asset Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to devise and deliver solutions for complex and/or large-scale property assets within our portfolio, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
The successful candidate will identify, create strategies for, and action solutions to optimize our property assets in line with our business plan. This will involve leading on lease or agreement review and negotiations, as well as identifying assets that do not meet the needs of the Group and its customers for financial, quality, compliance, or other reasons.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a working knowledge and experience of undertaking asset portfolio reviews, modeling of property performance, and identifying strategies for management. You will also need to understand and be able to review complex lease and management arrangements, as well as be confident in identifying commercial approaches and negotiations with key partners and agencies.
You will have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of the domestic housing market and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers. A good understanding of property law and financial analysis is also essential.
