Job Description:
The role of a Special Education Support Assistant is to provide support to students with complex needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will be working in a specialist SEN school, supporting the class teacher and other teaching assistants to help students with their individual needs. This may include physical support, communication assistance, and delivery of sensory curriculum-based learning activities.

About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Education Support Assistant. You will be working with pupils aged 11 to 19, providing support across multiple classes, one-to-one teaching assistant work, and small group support. You will be responsible for promoting happiness, self-reliance, and encouraging positive interactions among students. If you have experience working with children with disabilities or SEN, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with complex needs and disabilities
- Assist the class teacher and other teaching assistants as needed
- Deliver sensory curriculum-based learning activities
