**About the Role**
We are looking for an exceptional Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our retirement development, providing a hassle-free and fulfilling lifestyle for our homeowners.
As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, managing maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our Area Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, and property management. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, using your own initiative and making decisions with good judgment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £9,643 per annum, plus excellent benefits including annual holiday entitlement, life assurance, and eye care reimbursement.
