Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Member. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional service to guests in all areas of the Food and Beverage department, including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events
  • Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Complying with legislative and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all
  • Remaining polite and courteous at all times, providing a positive experience for our guests
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to maintaining a professional appearance
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our guests
Desirable Skills

While not essential, it would be advantageous if you could demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry, with a strong understanding of food hygiene regulations
  • Experience with cash handling and a basic understanding of financial procedures
  • A knowledge of food hygiene regulations and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
