Employee Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group in Leicester. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our management team and workforce.
The successful candidate will have experience as an HR Coordinator or Administrator looking to take the next step into an HR Officer role, or an experienced HR Officer eager to join a busy manufacturing organization.
This is a full-time permanent position working onsite with some flexibility on start and finish times between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional employee experiences and ensuring that our workforce feels valued and supported.
The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Supporting management through low-level employee relations cases
- Coaching managers on matters throughout the employee lifecycle
- Supporting payroll in collating and keeping data up to date
- Sending out employee contracts and assisting with any working request paperwork
- Providing recruitment and onboarding support
- Assisting with any HR-related admin duties
- Knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, or relevant experience
