About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to join our team at The Post At Mint Hill Llc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete batching plant, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the concrete batching plant, ensuring that all production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all fleet requirements are met and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Supervise the safety, health, and environmental standards on site, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help to drive the growth of our operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the ready-mix concrete industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as required.
