About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team, providing daily support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centred support, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
  • Building strong relationships and understanding the unique needs of each individual
  • Empowering independence and assisting with personal goals and aspirations
  • Supporting activities and social engagement, including hobbies and interests
  • Ensuring respect, dignity, and well-being for all individuals and their families

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A calm and caring nature, with the ability to remain resilient in challenging situations
  • A manual UK driving license and willingness to drive alternative vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centred support
