We currently have an exciting opening for a Reward Analyst, a key member of our HR department. In this role, you'll provide support to the Head of Reward & People Services in tasks like salary benchmarking, reviews, and job evaluation. You'll also oversee our benefits package and manage all elements related to Reward.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with comprehensive expertise in Reward, robust analytical abilities, and a dedication to ongoing enhancement within the Rewards field.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the execution of routine activities such as salary reviews, bonuses, performance management, and incentive programs.
- Manage cyclical Reward tasks including gathering, calculating, analysing, modelling, and communicating payment details.
- Oversee daily Pay and Reward tasks, including budgeting and contract management with suppliers.
- Create reports and proposals, e.g. analysis of Gender and Ethnicity Pay gaps.
- Serve as an expert on all aspects of rewards, benefits, and compensation.
- Consult with the broader HR team regarding Reward related HR procedures and initiatives.
- Collect and examine salary data internally and externally, offering benchmark data, and making related recommendations.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience developing and implementing various compensation and benefits initiatives over numerous annual periods.
- Is skilled in using one of the major salary benchmarking tools, such as those from WTW or Aon.
- possesses exceptional proficiency in Excel and extensive expertise in constructing Excel models that drive decision-making by distilling complex data.
- is flexible, able to work swiftly without sacrificing accuracy or quality of relationships established.
- can create analysis and presentations suitable for Board-level review.
- is self-assured when presenting viewpoints and can advise senior colleagues and line managers regarding reward strategies.
- takes initiative, is persistent, curious, and pays close attention to details.
- possesses robust project management capabilities to oversee multiple concurrent projects.
- uses an analytical mindset to propose alternative perspectives on available data to unearth new insights.
