Financial Planning Administrator

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Haywards Heath. This part-time position will involve working closely with financial advisers to assist with financial planning and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Retrieve and update client information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage records of all interactions with clients, colleagues, and third parties, maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Support financial advisers in creating financial reports, assessing client objectives, and developing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present suitability letters, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide additional support to financial advisers, including research and data analysis to inform client decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with Financial Conduct Authority regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
