Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team at MT UK Solicitors. As a Paralegal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our solicitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client caseloads, taking statements and undertaking research on cases to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Draft and prepare documents and letters to support the legal process.
  • Exercise judgment and problem-solving skills to determine the merits of a case based on facts and law under the supervision of the concerned solicitor.
  • Understand and interpret complex legal arguments to provide informed advice to clients and solicitors.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients, line managers, and tribunals, courts, and higher courts.
  • Maintain accurate and essential data through our case management software system.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Conveyancing and Civil Litigation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in case management software systems.
