We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team at MT UK Solicitors. As a Paralegal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our solicitors and clients, handling complex legal matters with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client caseloads, taking statements and conducting thorough research on cases
• Draft and review documents and letters with accuracy and attention to detail
• Exercise judgment and problem-solving skills to determine the merits of a case based on facts and law
• Provide high-quality service to clients, line managers, and tribunals, courts, and higher courts
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR guidelines
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and case management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Conveyancing and Civil Litigation
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in case management software systems
