At Xcede Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and coordinate our cybersecurity projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who can plan, execute, and oversee cybersecurity projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cybersecurity projects, project timelines, resources, and budgets. They will also be able to collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful security testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, execute, and oversee cybersecurity projects from start to finish.
  2. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful security testing efforts.
  4. Track project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure successful completion.
  5. Implement agile methodologies, fostering adaptability within teams.
  6. Identify and resolve issues during the project lifecycle to keep projects on track.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies throughout the project.
  8. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong grasp of project management methodologies is essential.

Cybersecurity experience or related field experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills are also required.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
