We are seeking a skilled Electrical Trainer to join our team in delivering technical training for external engineers within the sector.

This role will guarantee a minimum of 10 days of work each month with additional ad-hoc work, as our client's training delivery demand continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical training relating to electrical engineering
  • Manage and support the learning journey progression for engineer training groups
  • Meet required performance levels in relation to success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment
  • Manage all aspects of timely administration relating to engineer training, assessment, and internal quality assurance
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of safety within the workplace
  • Be an ambassador and promoter of DE&I, creating an inclusive environment that allows colleagues and customers to thrive
  • Accountable for own CPD, covering current and future skills requirements, ensuring compliance and technical expertise with relevant competencies, legislation, and industry codes of practice
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely completion of all delivery solutions
Requirements
  • Electrical Installation and Maintenance NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition
  • Inspection and Testing
  • Experience in training/mentoring others
  • Knowledge of green skills technologies
  • Knowledge of safeguarding requirements
