***About the role****:
The Academy Trainer is responsible for delivering training in all aspects of Air Source Heat Pump Installation to our Clean Energy Technicians at our purpose made Academy in Dartford.

You'll work closely with our Head of Region, Academy Manager, and other trainers to ensure that exceptional training is delivered.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Deliver inspiring and interesting training to our Clean Energy Technicians, including;
- System configuration
- Pipe routing and installation
- Ducting installation
- Core drilling, clipping, and lagging
- Radiator installation
- Heat Pump and Cylinder installation
- Commissioning
- Property risk assessment - asbestos awareness, working at heights, manual handling
- Using software and tools
- Regional regulatory compliance
- Customer Service
- AIRA Operating Model
- Support Clean Energy Technicians with continuous development once they have graduated from the Academy.
- Deliver training in a classroom, workshop, or virtual setting. Virtual training may Include online remote training, or academy training which Is filmed for wider distribution.

**What you'll need**:

- Experience installing domestic air-to-water heat pumps is crucial, including necessary qualifications which could include City and Guilds, NVQ 2 & 3, Gas Safe, BPEC Level 3, or Electrical qualifications.
- Experience in previous training roles is not essential, but may be beneficial.
