Learning Environment Coordinator

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in a busy secondary school environment. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise students during lessons and create a safe and productive learning environment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to establish trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise students during lessons and ensure they stay on task
• Maintain order and discipline in the classroom
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed
• Communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members
• Adhere to school policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Valid DBS certificate
• Registration with the Educational Workforce Council (EWC)
• University degree or currently studying for one
• Experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, teaching assistant, youth work)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
