Job Title

We are currently seeking a Tutor with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one maths and English support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other SEN conditions.

Job Description

You will work closely with students who have been out of mainstream education for some time and require tailored support to reintroduce them to their academic routine. You will assess their current abilities, identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.

Lessons will take place either in local libraries or the students' homes, depending on the individual's requirements. You will be expected to demonstrate creativity, patience, and a willingness to think outside the box when working with our students.

Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience working with SEND students or disengaged pupils
  • UK classroom teaching experience
  • Creative, patient, and able to think outside the box

Eligibility Criteria

  • Holding the right to work in the UK
  • Holding an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or being willing to process a new application
