About the Role

Bennett and Game Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Powered Access Technician Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a fleet of powered access equipment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the powered access industry and hold relevant qualifications such as CAP. You will be based out of our Kettering depot and visit customer sites.

You will need to adhere to strict health and safety regulations in both workshop and customer site environments. Keeping accurate service records up to date is also a key responsibility, along with conducting LOLER inspections on the fleet.

As a leader in your field, you will have the opportunity to progress within the company.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, and service powered access equipment

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in the powered access industry
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CAP)
  • Clean driving licence
  • Good leadership and management skills
  • Strong mechanical/electrical skillset
Benefits
  • £45,000 - £60,000 salary dependent on experience
  • Monday-Friday 8:00-17:30 flexible working hours
  • 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
