Commercial and Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team at Clancy, supporting South East Water. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will play a vital role in preparing and analyzing data to inform business-critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Update commercial dashboards to ensure accurate and timely information for weekly commercial calls.
- Analyze overall volumes and validate data each week.
- Take minutes in meetings to ensure all actions are covered and documented.
- Prepare month-end reports to provide insights into our financial and operational performance.
- Assess the value of work completed using schedule of rates.
- Ensure that each job has the correct job specification and information included in the log before submitting to clients, including photos and signed Q&As from supervisors.
- Confirm that each job is priced, reviewed, and submitted within 30 days.
