Job Overview

The Eye Care Assistant Professional is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their eye health and lifestyle needs.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and make personalized recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining store displays, handling transactions, and supporting other colleagues in the store.

As an Eye Care Assistant Professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive training programs, including becoming a qualified Optical Consultant. You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring and guiding new team members.
