Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for finance? Do you want to make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic Indigenous health and wellness organization?

As a Financial Analyst at Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, preparing financial reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role involves working closely with the finance team to develop and maintain financial management reports, forms, worksheets, statistics, and forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Minimum 3-5 years of financial experience and post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field an asset.

  • You will analyze financial performance and prepare financial reports to support business decisions.
  • You will identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial management.
  • You will work closely with the finance team to develop and maintain financial management reports, forms, worksheets, statistics, and forecasts.

The salary for this position is $57,290 - $67,400 per year. We offer full-time employment and a supportive work culture that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities.
