Cluster Events Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cluster Events Coordinator to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating events across our two properties in Bristol City Centre and Clifton Village.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is essential
