Salary Information

The hourly rate for this role is £11-£13 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Job Description

As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents. This will involve assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and feeding, as well as supporting residents with mobility and daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and feeding
  • Support residents with mobility and daily living tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Qualifications in care or a related field (e.g. NVQ Level 2)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
