Job Title: Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at House of Fashion Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control and corporate policy auditing, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business compliance methods and ensuring all operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as laws governing business practices.
  • Reviewing responses to official inquiries and correspondence with government agencies to ensure completeness and propriety.
  • Establishing and implementing SOPs across the business, using IS9001 to police and manage compliance.
  • Ensuring managers and employees conform to regulatory compliances through education, awareness, and training.
  • Supporting and advising on product safety standards and compliance.
  • Providing technical support for hospitality and other projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality control or corporate policy auditing.
  • ISO 9001 experience preferred.
  • Advanced computer database and Microsoft Office software skills.
  • Strong understanding of current regulations affecting manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Professional Accreditations:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is desirable.
