Sales Team Lead

We are a leading provider of professional services seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Nottingham. As an experienced Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities will include managing existing client relationships, developing strategies to meet client needs, and preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management. You will also be required to identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop plans to pursue these opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus competitive commissions and bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, a retirement plan, and wellness programs, as well as flexible working hours and remote working options.
