About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance function, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and payroll responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work 22.5 hours per week, spread across three days from Monday to Friday, with flexible start and end times. Our client offers a competitive benefits package, featuring:

Your Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Respond to internal and external queries in a professional manner
- Conduct regular supplier reconciliations
- Assist with sales ledger duties and support the AP/AR Manager
- Contribute to payroll functions and assist with ad-hoc tasks
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in purchase ledger or similar roles
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A salary of approximately £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered for this position.
