We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Manager to join our team at Recruited UK. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of delivery within prison education and ensuring compliance with quality standards and external accreditation requirements.

The successful candidate will be required to conduct regular site visits to promote and review quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective interventions. This role is based from home, with frequent visits to prisons across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and the North-East Midlands.

About the Role:

  • Maintain high standards of delivery within prison education
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and external accreditation requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to promote and review quality standards
  • Implement effective interventions to improve quality standards

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in quality and leadership roles
  • Degree in a related field (e.g., education, business)
  • QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) and evidence of continuous professional development
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience working with external inspection bodies (e.g., Ofsted, Matrix)
