We are seeking an experienced Meetings & Events Sales Supervisor to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol North. As a Meetings & Events Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our hotel's meetings and events operations.

About the Role:

  • Ensure all customer requests and enquiries are dealt with efficiently and in a business-like manner
  • Provide administrative support and diary management to the Meeting and Events Sales Manager
  • Conduct show-rounds and consultations with potential clients, showcasing the venues' features and amenities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain manual filing systems to company standards
  • Maintenance of all market segment databases
  • Co-ordinate and execute all direct mailings as instructed by the Meeting and Events Manager
  • Assist with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality events
