Role Overview

As the face of our FatFace store in Bridgend, you will be the key to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your warm and friendly demeanor will make everyone feel welcome, and your product knowledge will help our customers find the perfect items to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds with accuracy and speed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Process deliveries and ensure the shop floor is always stocked and visually appealing
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of housekeeping
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions, ensuring you can provide our customers with the latest information
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Abide by all FatFace policies and procedures, upholding our values of equality and inclusion
  • Ensure GDPR procedures are adhered to at all times, maintaining the confidentiality of our customers' data

Experience

While experience in a customer service environment is desirable, it is not essential. What is crucial is your ability to learn quickly, work productively in a high-pressure environment, and take the initiative to drive results. If you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
