Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Centrick, a leading property management company. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and properties throughout Birmingham, ensuring they remain well kept and looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a range of maintenance tasks across the year, following a daily schedule of tasks and ensuring each task is completed within the timeframe and to the highest possible standard.
  • Ensure the overall upkeep of the site, including regular assessments of any issues that may have arisen and reporting issues where necessary.
  • Present our properties to a high standard, ensuring the grounds and buildings remain tidy and well-maintained.
  • Undertake landscaping and litter picking activities, as required.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Groundskeeper or in a similar role, with a track record of working in a similar environment.
  • PA1 and PA6 certificates of competence, as this role involves the use and handling of herbicides.
  • A friendly and polite demeanor, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • A full, valid driving licence, with the use of a company van and fuel card.
