About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Associate at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our test centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to candidates, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Test Centre Operations: Ensure the efficient delivery of tests, maintaining the integrity and security of the testing process.
  • Invigilation: Supervise and invigilate tests, ensuring that candidates adhere to the testing procedures and guidelines.
  • Communication: Explain the test process to candidates, respond to their queries, and provide support as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Review tests, test centre schedules, and perform daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Equality and Diversity: Ensure that the test centre meets individual candidate needs, adhering to the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion.
  • Incident Reporting: Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multi-task to complete a variety of competing activities.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Experience in working with diverse customer groups and ability to remain calm and deal with confrontational candidates in a professional manner.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays.
