Job Title: Senior Subsea Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Subsea Project Manager to join our team at Carbon 60. As a Senior Subsea Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke engineering solutions to customers on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer-specific project documentation is delivered, including manuals, manufacturing record books, interface specifications, handling/storage procedures, and test & inspection plans.
  • Deliver timely and thorough targeted communication to all stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake project closeout reviews to gather lessons learned and feed them back into improvements in processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management expertise within an engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver results through others within a matrix organisation.
  • Proven experience of liaising directly with customers and delivering the highest possible levels of customer service.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, including work scheduling, prioritising, and multitasking.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work.
  • Problem solving & fault finding.
  • Previous experience and understanding of Subsea vessels, electronics, or Subsea equipment.
