About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled C# Senior/Software Team Lead to join our team of experts in subsea technology at Zenovo Ltd. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team in the development of cutting-edge software solutions for geophysical monitoring systems, offshore energy, maritime defence, and ocean science.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of C# desktop and web applications for embedded devices
  • Manage the technical direction of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical improvements and innovations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Fluency in C# programming language
  • Experience with UX design principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Angular or React with C# or C++ experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • British Citizenship and Passport
  • SC clearance
