Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Governance Specialist to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of the Global Marketing Operations team, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing the governance framework for marketing content production.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive governance program that ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing content meets Haleon's values of humanity and responsible marketing.

Your expertise will be essential in designing and implementing automated controls for scalable monitoring of performance and compliance metrics. You will also collaborate with external partners and legal counsel to ensure that all marketing content adheres to applicable regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a global governance strategy for marketing content production.
  • Drive the governance roadmap for marketing content production, aiming to embed and streamline compliance-related processes.
  • Develop and implement a governance framework to measure overall performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, governance, or compliance, preferably within a global organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and program management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
