Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving occupancy growth through strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in successful CQC good-rated care homes management, backed by a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Compassionate yet assertive leadership, driving positive changes and continuous improvement in care quality
  • Demonstrated experience in executing action plans to increase occupancy
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Able to work independently while managing large staffing teams to meet CQC requirements and client needs
