Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery to our residents
- Driving occupancy growth through strategic initiatives
- Recruiting, training, and retaining a skilled staff team
- Maintaining compliance with CQC standards, business governance, and operational policies
- Managing home profitability within budgetary constraints
- Developing marketing strategies to enhance our reputation
Requirements:
- A proven track record in successful CQC good-rated care homes management, backed by a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification in Health and Social Care
- Compassionate yet assertive leadership, driving positive changes and continuous improvement in care quality
- Demonstrated experience in executing action plans to increase occupancy
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong relationship-building abilities
- Able to work independently while managing large staffing teams to meet CQC requirements and client needs
