Key Responsibilities

  • Review, optimize, and maintain the current automation framework to ensure its efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and expand test automation throughout the organization, working closely with the Test Manager to drive strategic improvement.
  • Coach and mentor the existing QA team in automation, providing leadership and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement automation frameworks and technical non-functional testing, leveraging extensive experience in Test Automation in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop strategies to improve test efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Test Automation in various languages/frameworks, including C#, TypeScript, and Playwright.
  • Significant API testing experience and a thorough understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, with a strong focus on automation.
  • Experience in building automation frameworks from the ground up and understanding of what, when, and how to automate complex test cases.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
