About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Manager to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the DevOps Team to identify and implement new test automation tools, reducing change delivery cycle times and increasing quality and repeatability of deliveries.
  • Lead and manage a team of Automation Testers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure timely completion of performance reviews, mandatory training, and regular one-on-ones.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in IT testing, with a strong background in test automation technologies and line/team management responsibilities.
  • System and integration testing expertise.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and reporting.
  • Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
