Role Overview

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our community. You will partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to provide top-notch support and services to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Requirements

  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Working Arrangements

  • Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
  • Working Hours: Shift pattern: 10 week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
  • Training: 1 day online training and induction
