We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Management Specialist to join our team at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). As a key member of our ExCo, you will be responsible for providing full support to the Secretary, including facilitating the management and maintenance of the forward agenda, preparing monthly agendas, and ensuring a coordinated and coherent programme of meetings.

  1. Proactively facilitate the management and maintenance of the forward agenda, ensuring timely submission of papers and production of meeting packs.
  2. Provide secretariat support to the DIO Board and other Committees as required, ensuring effective communication and continuous improvement of Secretariat timetable, processes, and outputs.
  3. Ensure the ExCo Terms of Reference remain fit for purpose on an annual basis, and help coordinate and prepare the annual assurance requirement to look at the Committee's effectiveness.
  4. Align Committees and Boards with best practice around Governance, ensuring this is reflected in the DIO Framework.
