Job Title: Commercial Gas Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas Manager to join our team at Calibre Search. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to engineers, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, and ensuring compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to engineers and ensure the delivery of PPM, reactive, and testing workstreams.
  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites, ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
  • Supervise and influence the work of regional HVAC technicians, building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, including boilers, fans, pumps, AHU's, FCU's, and other related systems.
  • Ensure safe working practices in relation to 3-phase and single-phase electrics and applications.
  • Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management.

Requirements:

  • ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum.
  • Full Driving License, as this is a mobile role.
  • Ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces, and have a hands-on, can-do approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal directly with customers and on-site management teams.
