About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused delivery specialist to join our logistics team based in West London. As part of our specialist logistics team, your primary responsibility will be planning weekly delivery routes, delivering and installing handcrafted furniture to customers throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive 7.5 tonne vehicle and on occasion smaller vehicles
  • Provide a white glove service delivering high-end furniture to customers
  • Plan routes and delivery schedules for London/South deliveries
  • Prepare lorry for furniture, including fitting timber shelving, placing furniture as required
  • Dress furniture on site

You will work closely with our clients to ensure seamless delivery experiences, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Route planning experience
  • Experience in delivery of high-end furniture
  • Strong customer service skills, well presented and professional
  • Clear communication skills both written and spoken in English
  • IT skills: competent in Microsoft Excel etc. with experience of using databases

A good level of fitness is also essential, as you will be required to work independently or within a team to meet deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £18.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package, including overtime opportunities, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their careers.
