We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship. You will also be responsible for transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and social events, making a car essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their well-being
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social events
- Maintain accurate records of client care and activities
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Reside in our franchise region covering Hatfield, WGC, Potters Bar, Borehamwood, and surrounding villages and areas
- Right to work in the UK
